Dumpto Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. If you book for a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

Each dumpster order also has a Rental Agreement that you sign before service. If the signed Rental Agreement (or a written quote you accepted) conflicts with these Terms, the signed document controls for that order.

• Roll-off dumpster rentals for residential, commercial and construction projects in Central Florida.
• Commercial floor scraping and removal, performed by our crew with our own equipment, under a written quote.
• Delivery and pickup dates are scheduled at booking. Times are estimates, not guarantees.

• Prices are in U.S. dollars and include applicable sales tax unless stated otherwise.
• Each rental includes 7 calendar days and the tonnage listed for the dumpster size you book.
• Extra days are $25 per day. Weight over the included tonnage is $75 per ton, based on the landfill scale ticket.
• Each swap (haul and replacement) is charged at the full price of the dumpster size.
• Other charges may apply as described in the Rental Agreement, such as prohibited-item, cleaning, or failed-delivery/blocked-access fees.
• Floor scraping is priced per written quote.

• Card payments include a 3% card processing fee, shown before you pay. Zelle payments have no processing fee.
• Online bookings require payment at checkout. Orders arranged with our staff may be paid by invoice by the due date shown.
• By booking with a card, you authorize DUMPTO to keep the card on file and charge it for the extra charges in Section 3 once the rental ends, with an itemized receipt.
• Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank so we can try to resolve it first.

• You may cancel before the dumpster is delivered. We refund what you paid minus a 3% processing fee, unless we tell you otherwise in writing.
• Once a dumpster is delivered, the rental price is non-refundable.
• Rescheduling depends on availability. If our driver cannot deliver or pick up because access is blocked, a failed-service fee may apply.

• You choose a safe, firm, accessible spot and confirm you have the right to place a dumpster there.
• Placing a dumpster on a street, sidewalk or other public right-of-way may need a permit. You are responsible for getting it, except where we tell you we handle it.
• The dumpster remains DUMPTO property. Do not move it, relocate it, or let others use it. You are responsible for damage to or loss of the container while it is in your care, other than normal wear.
• Do not load above the top edge (fill line) or beyond the weight limit. We may refuse to haul an unsafe or overloaded container until it is fixed.
• You are responsible for anything placed in the dumpster, including items others put in it.

These items are not allowed unless we approve them in writing:

• Liquids of any kind
• Concrete washout
• Asbestos materials
• Paint, oils, fuels and chemicals
• Batteries and tires
• Radioactive or biomedical waste
• Explosives and flammable materials
• Appliances containing refrigerant, propane tanks and other pressurized cylinders
• Medical waste and electronics

If prohibited items are found, you pay the fees in the Rental Agreement and any disposal, cleanup or fines that result. Disposal must follow Florida and county rules.

Heavy trucks and containers can mark or crack driveways, pavers, lawns, curbs and underground lines. Tell us about sprinkler lines, septic systems or weak surfaces before delivery. Except where damage is caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct, DUMPTO is not responsible for damage to surfaces or property at the placement location you choose.

To the extent allowed by law, DUMPTO’s total liability for any claim about a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, such as lost profits or project delays. These limits do not apply to our gross negligence or willful misconduct, or where the law does not allow them.

You agree to defend and hold DUMPTO harmless from claims, fines, damages and costs caused by your use of the dumpster or premises, its contents, prohibited items, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by DUMPTO’s negligence.

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, hurricanes, accidents, road closures, landfill closures, government orders or other events beyond our reasonable control. We will reschedule as soon as practical.

You agree that agreements, invoices and notices may be signed and delivered electronically. Your electronic signature is legally binding. When you sign, we record the date, time and related technical details (such as IP address) as proof of signing. You may ask us for a copy of any signed document.

Florida law governs these Terms. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue. Otherwise, disputes will be resolved in the state courts of Orange County, Florida, and either party may use small claims court for eligible claims.

We may update these Terms and will post them here with a new date. Changes apply to bookings made after the update. They do not change orders already booked.

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. These Terms, together with your signed Rental Agreement or accepted quote, are the entire agreement for your order. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.
